Answer:	I have these shoes in the light gray/black/mint. Because I need a high arch, I took the insole out and inserted a higher arch insole. I love the way they feel and look, but after about 5 months of exercise classes, 5 days a week, the mesh on the inside of the foot wore where the 2 plastic strips are. If you look at the picture of the inside of the foot(opposite of the N), you'll see there is about 1/8th of an inch of mesh between the plastic around the laces and the plastic on the toe of the shoe. I hope this makes since. I would love to buy another pair, but 5 months is a short time for a hole to wear and it is very noticeable and ugly.

Question:	do these fit tight across the top of instep
Answer:	Contrary to other people's responses, I found that they are tight fitting across the section where you should be able to put your foot inside of the shoe. I normally wear a women's regular with u.s. 12 which is what I purchased and I cannot even get my foot into the shoe. I live in Taiwan so this is a complete waste for me I cannot return them. For your information these say they are a Euro 42, not a 43 as most US women's size 12 shoes run. This is just my personal experience with these shoes. there is no flexibility or stretch in the fabric across the top part of the shoe where the opening is.

I like my shoes looking fresh and if I think my white soles are looking dirty, I will just scrub the sides of the sole, plus if you get them really dirty you can run them through your washing machine and they are like new.

With this being one of the higher heeled, soled, models!, There is atype of Skechers sneaker I finally ran across, having searched for months, EXASPERATING TO POINT OF NOT BUYING, every model'sdetails if printed AT ALL, called Skechers "Wedges"!!! Not the kind that I don't like, a "fashion" statement that's hidden inside making it look like you've got weird, thick, wedge shaped feet, HATE 'EM! But your basic sneaker perhaps with a bit hidden, but overall, a higher heel, and sole, even running to 2 1/2" high, from 1 1/2", YEAH! Answer:	I think they’re padded pretty good with pretty thick soles. My son runs a lot and he loves them and says they’re comfortable. But he’s in jr high and he grows out of them faster than they wear out. I say for the price they’re worth trying. But for a grown man that won’t grow out of them, you may want to look into some inserts for your shoes. In some cases it might not be the shoes you’re buying but lack of proper support in your problem areas. My chiropractor set me up with inserts made for supporting my feet in the areas I need. Question:	May sound like a silly question: How flexible are these shoes
Answer:	They are not as flexible as a top notch running shoe. But they do use have a midsole stability shank, so they are comparably flexible for a walking or hiking shoe.
Question:	How much bigger is the XW width compared to the M
Answer:	I am a size 12 and have a wide foot so got the XW in that size. Shoe was too long, could have gone with a 11.5. And it was WAY too wide for my foot. Could have easily gone with M width.
Question:	What does 10D M us mean also 10 4E us maen
Answer:	10D M means the width is medium wide. 10 4E means the width is much wider. I have a wide foot so I get a 4E width shoe. You can go to a shoe store and have you foot measured so you know the length and width of your foot. For a 10D M the length is size 10 with a medium width.
Question:	Is this a good running shoe or meant more for daily, casual use
Answer:	I am not a runner. It's a good shoe for cross training and casual/ work wear.

Answer:	I use it as a walking shoe - fitness walking. I prefer the early models. This one wasn't as comfortable as the earlier ones.

Answer:	Don't know how they compare to cohesion 13 but I have had the earlier excursion models - TR9 and TR 12 - and liked them much better than this shoe. The TR 13 doesn't fit me as well. I always wear Saucony for walking and this shoe was a disappointment compared to earlier models. It isn't as cushy feeling either.
