Answer:	I believe it does stand for medium. My feet are not wide. I wear a 10.5 shoe and the 11 M fits so that there is about 1/4 to 3/8 inch to the edge of the sandal. At the widest part of my foot I measure 4 inches.

Answer:	More than one version of Terra Fi ? I noticed bad reviews, not-comfortable, not adjustable, not good arch support, etc. for Terra Fi 5. Check yourself here on Amazon. I had this Hurricane model years ago and could not wear it out easily. No backpacking, but walked 18 holes of golf on more than one occasion. But has it changed ? I guess I will find out.

Answer:	Hi, I wear a 10 1/2 size and O ordered this sandals on a 11 size and they fit very well, just the front strap ( over the toes area) is a bit loose, perhaps it is because this type of sandal is a “ all in one “ type build sandal, but a great purchased overall.

The original sport sandal emerged from the shores of the Grand Canyon back in 1984. Born out of necessity to prevent sandals from floating downstream, a resourceful river guide strapped two Velcro watchbands to a pair of old flip-flops.
