Answer:	They're true to sizes in Keens. I find that I wear a half-size smaller in Keens than in some other brands. If you're thinking about ordering them and you've never worn Keens, go try some on at your local high-priced camping store. The sizes will be the same.

Answer:	The sole is a soft yet sturdy plastic material. It is very supportive (like all keen shoes)- Next to the bottom of my foot is the soft plastic contoured foot pad.

Question:	I purchased these sandles in May 2017 and they state that they are durable. My bottom of the sandles are coming about, what can I do
Answer:	I will give a qualified "yes." It depends how high your arches are. I find these sandals give excellent support. Can walk anywhere: beaches, pebbled roads, wood trails and basic side walks and streets. My feet don't hurt or get tired. Hope this helps.
Question:	the sole is delaminating. Is there any way to fix it
Answer:	If pants catching Velcro is a constant issue, you can buy Hook and Loop (Velcro) fastener in a strip or roll at any fabric store. Cut off the amount you need and place it over the exposed Velcro to keep your pants from catching. Should work, and a whole roll of 36" is $1.50. You could replace pieces numerous times.

Answer:	Yes, if you are wearing the right size, it is one of the best sandals I have ever worn for arch support. Every part of the sandal is adjustable, so you make it work for you.

Answer:	Zero arch support. Wish they did. I had to insert orthotics to make them wearable. Hard to find any w/o deep heel cups tho.

Answer:	The reason items have this warning is because there is a law in California that pretty much everything needs to be tested and most companies won't pay to have their items tested, so they automatically come with the prop 65 warning. It's much cheaper to slap the prop 65 warning on everything than to have it tested. Most items are safe.
Question:	The footbed looks like it has cloth. Is it cloth or textured plastic? If it is cloth, how does that hold up after months of wear or whe they get wet
Answer:	I wear an 8 in a sandal and an 8 1/2 in a closed shoe. I got the size 8 and they fit just right, but with no extra room. You may want to go up to the size 7 or order one of each and return the one that doesn't fit. I own at least 15 pairs of Teva flip flops and 3 pairs of Teva boots and the sizing is consistent. They never fit too large. The sandals are great, I'm waiting for the snow to finally go away so I can wear them!

Answer:	Bare feet get soiled easily when wearing sandals. I use a shoe and sandal refresher that cleans and deodorizes the footbeds of my sandals. It is very easy to use (I try to do it weekly) but it depends on how often you wear yours. There are many brands of refresher/cleaners available in shoe stores and Amazon. Good luck.
