I've suggested that the availability of an extention should be prominently mentioned in their product description, or better yet, just include one.

Answer:	They are a standard size so they should fit. You will have to check with the company to see if they may be returned.

Answer:	They go over the existing pads. Found them to be a 1000% upgrade from what the crutches and helped up really well for the 2 months I had to use them.
Question:	Do they come with batteries installed?How long the batteries last
Answer:	This is a part of the crutch handles not part of the padded hand grips. Unfortunately, we do not sell that part.
Question:	I see where these are not waterproof. That being said if you remove the batteries can they be hand washed
Answer:	They do seem washable. Although I did it try, they are more of a vinyl type material should wash up nicely!

Answer:	I think I understand your question more clearly. You’re asking after you select size 8, how do you select EITHER a 42mm or 44mm size? Simple: 42mm and 44mm are exactly the same dimensions for all Apple watches. So, you do not need to choose one or the other. In that same regard, a 38mm watch band is the same size as a 40mm.
