Answer:	Yes and yes. The top is gauze like so water and fine sand can get in. The only openings are in the soul to let water out. The shoe will protect you feet very well from shells and rocks and let Sandy water in and out. It has the potential of trapping fine sand that gets in with the water.

Answer:	Hi! I do not know the answer to this question, however, vendors often do not carry my sneakers in wide size. If you go to YouTube, look up how to lace sneakers to give you that extra width. I've been re-lacing for years and this method does give me that extra foot width I require. Cheers!

Answer:	I'm using the RZX for high impact Jazzercise and I am getting enough support through my arches and enough cushion in the ball and heel of the shoe. I teach with these shoes at least 5 days a week. However, with plantar fasciitis you may want to avoid high impact cardio and adjust to low impact. You should be able to keep up the intensity, but with less impact your foot will feel better and may heal faster.

Answer:	I have wide feet, and these shoes have enough room for my toes. These fit wonderful. Best tennis shoe I have ever worn. Answer:	As long as the temperature where it is operating doesn't exceed 70 degrees Celsius (168 degrees Fahrenheit) there is no reason why it shouldn't run indefinitely. Dual ball bearings and not brushes to wear out, along with a constant stream of ambient air should keep it cool enough to prevent any damage from overheating. Mine have been operating inside a food truck, which can approach 100 degrees Fahrenheit on a hot summer day, for a couple of years now and have never given any trouble.

Answer:	The 6 inch fans are not pullers out of the box and they are not endorsed as reversible in order to be a pusher. The blade does not clear the guard when flipped over. However, we've had some crafty customers make or buy a custom spacing shim that will allow the blade to clear, while also not hanging out past the shroud when against the radiator/oil cooler.

Answer:	I am using two of these to deflect air from in back of a wine cooler and a beverage cooler to circulate air to the front and it is good enough for that but I don't feel that it is large enough or have enough volume for any outside cooling system. Because I use a deflector and is channeled between two cooing units, it probably only pushes about a foot. I would recommend a larger fan. The good thing about this fan is that it is quiet.

Answer:	They are great around the Gym they have good base. They are excellent shoes for everyday use and are extremely comfortable. I played basketball in them and it’s was decent but better for squats and weight work.

Answer:	These shoes are great for running. running in a shoe with a high heal and a lot of cushioning is not good for your feet. I have done several 5ks in these shoes and they are great. I run an average of 4 times a week and run between 3 to 6 miles at a time. I have put over 100 miles on these my latest pair and they are still going strong. I changed my running stride so that I land on the ball and toe. I barely touch my heal at all. This allows the force and impact to be absorbed by the muscles of your leg instead of the joints. I no longer have joint pain and no longer have shin splints.

Answer:	Hello,Well doing further research on this issue I've come to the conclusion that some shoes squeak due to the friction between your insoles and shoe soles. You can resolve this by putting baby powder or corn starch inside the shoe.Thank you

Answer:	Not that not are water proof I return mine they feel cheap. BUT If you want to get a trail NEW balance trail shoe get the Men's Fresh Foam Hierro v5 Trail Those shoes are amazing! Same style different construction better materials and almost the same price !!!
