| Answer: | The pedal needs to have an SPD clip. I don't know what they're called, if they have a specific name. Sorry, but I use them on my at home bike and my cycle studio. The clip on the bottom of the shoe is SPD. Maybe Google search SPD pedals ? Good luck! |

| Answer: | I have not had that problem with mine. I usually crank it down pretty good while in use. I also adjusted the cleats a few times before finding the right spot and then max tightened them also. Hopefully that might help you. |
