Answer:	It says "true to size" but is not even close. I ordered 2x for my husband who wears 2x in everything and they fit him like a large. Runs very small. Had to return them. Nice shirts though!

Answer:	No they are not, not lined at all inside. However my 3 year old still loves wearing them in the snow because they are soft.

Answer:	I can't speak to smelly kids, but the gloves were okay. Did you happen to catch what they put their hands in before putting them on or back on? Were they active? If water can't get in, it follows that sweat can't get out, so there's a conundrum. Maybe just have them toss the gloves out the door once they come in. :)
