1. Wire feed tension: Check the tension on the spooler. Is it set too tight or is the wire feed tension not set correctly?

2. Wire choice: Are you using .035” wire? We recommend .025-0.30" for best performance.

3. Stick out: Is your stick out too long? Your stick out should be no more than ½”.

Filter socks are recommended to aid in cleaning the aquarium. Do not use if you have macro algae or a refugium. Allow 10 to 14 days for results. Answer:	This depends entirely on what kind of car you are considering. If it is a small SUV like the little Subarus, you might have an issue, but on a more "standard" sized one, no. Mine is on a '97 Ford Explorer. It is mounted so the the reel box is 1 inch forward of the hatch open resting position. It would also easily fit our 2009 Ford Escape, which is smaller but still more conventional in shape. If you have a small, more car-like SUV you might not be able to get it mounted forward enough to have the reel box clear the hatch in the full open position. It is a phenomenal product: very well thought-out and rugged rod carrier MADE IN AMERICA> I would call them and ask about a particular car. They are great people and very willing to help. Highly recommended.

Answer:	My welder only came with .030 tubular 0.035 solid wheel. I recall that being an order able accessory. Not 100% sure but I thought it was suppose to have a #2 roll of FC. Overall, it’s been a damn good welder and I’d recommend it.

Answer:	I think what you are asking is what the duty cycle is. It all depends on the heat setting you are using at the time. The duty cycle at about 140 amps is close to 100%, and drops to about 30% at 250 amps. I don't know what you will be welding, but even on pretty heavy iron (3/8" or so) using .035 solid wire and co2/ argon gas, I seldom ever use more than 125, to 140 amps, so I never exceed the 100% duty cycle. But I also very seldom have long enough welds at a time to matter. The welder I had before I bought the Ironman 230, was just a 150 amp with about a 30% duty cycle at 120 amps, and it was still going after nearly 30 years, and I used it for some pretty big projects.
