Answer: My husband doesn't seem to have a problem with them and he's without shoes on a tile floor. He is 75 and wouldn't wear them if they were slippery. It's a very substantial sock -- only problem is they shrink a little when I wash in hot water. I then am forced to stretch them out a little and they seem to hold its shape. If they didn't shrink a little, I would give them ten stars…………….best on the market that I have seen so far.

Question: What size shoes is the Size "Big-Tall" for
Answer: I have size 12 shoes. I ordered 12-15 size. When I got them there were no size markings on the pack anywhere!!! Fit tight!! I returned them.

Answer: So far no. I walk between 5-8 miles a day wearing them and there is no sign of wear in heel or toe. However they are not extra cushioned there either so if your heel is loose in the shoe you may get more wear than me
Question: is the eleastic at the top very stretchy? i HATE tight elastic that hurts my leg and leaves a mark
Answer: The inside circumference of the top band is just 6 inches when unstretched (that's for the size 12-15). My calf is 15.5 inches. If I pull these socks all the way up, I might as well apply a tourniquet. I wear them below the calf where they must stretch to only 12 inches and they still leave a deep mark. If your calf is any larger than 12 inches, I'd guess you will find these uncomfortably tight.

Answer: Hmmm, I would suppose that depends on how snug they are and how sweaty your hands get. My gloves come off with a gentle tug at the thumb, the 2nd & 3rd, then 4th & 5th fingers—palm up. I then slip my thumb out, then lightly pull the 2nd & 3rd, then 4th & 5th fingers out. These are not fleece lined gloves. They’re driving & riding gloves. They’re meant to be like your skin—they just grip much better. My gloves are like my skin. I do hope this addresses your concern.
