Answer:	The large measures 19 1/2 inches from armpit to cuff, As a basis for comparison, I also bought the Hane's 4 pack in large, and that sleeve measures 23 inches. Considerable difference! Both brands appear to offer similar quality and I am happy with both, but a dryer tends to cause shrinkage.
