Answer:	I think it's to hook or hang something on the loop. I ordered these shirts for a fishing club and they are not the yellow pictures, more like neon or lemon yellow, very bright yellow. It also says too big. The large one is enormous. I understand it is supposed to be airy and loose but it was too big. Felt ridiculous wearing it.

Answer:	I have worn mine in the Philippines in June, Turkey in July, Italy in August, Mexico in summer, NJ in July at 95 in direct sun, Kyoto , Tokyo both in July and high humidity, Bermuda in July, and two years ago in Maui when they had the hottest September on record. and it is the bestshirt for the heat. Sometimes , like in Philippines, and it is 100 degrees at a resort, I go in water with it so I dont get fried, it dries on me and cools. I wear mine loose.I am not one to brag but I wanted to give you every scenario I was in . I rinse them in hotel room, hang them in bathroom and it is dry by morning. Dryers get them out almost wrinkle free. I don't think mine has ever been ironed. I have 6 short sleeve and six long sleeve. Some I haveare 10+ years old and a bit soft but still wearable for daytime shirt. who cares if you are sweating your face and butt off

Answer:	I purchased a large and it was true to size for me; I have a 43" chest, weigh 183 and am 5'7. It fits comfortably and is a full cut, meaning it is not tapered through the torso, Fits well on the shoulders.

Answer:	Sleeves are not sherpa but a nylon quilted. From experience I prefer this as it makes putting on/off the shirt/jacket easier as fleece causes friction making the sleeves stick. I have more expensive **bean jackets that are fleece lined on the sleeves and I always go to my Wrangler jacket. Great value!

Answer:	The XL is pretty big. Because I didn't know what the quality of the shirt was, I ordered the XL because I didn't know about shrinkage. My husband is a 44 in the chest and a 34 waist. It is a little long on him but works. I would order regular size or go up one. Hope this helps! 
