Answer:	I think this depends on your preference for fit. I prefer a bit of looseness in my outer clothing. I normally wear a Large for shirts and sweaters, but with these I returned them for XL so I can wear them over other layers. I'm 5'9" and 177. If I were you I'd be doing the XXL.

Answer:	I wondered the same thing. Mine also has openings on the side of the interior pockets. I have used it to hold a phone charger and put the cable through the hole to attach to phone in holder. Other than that I could see no use for the holes

Answer:	No, not the teeth of the zipper. The "pull" is made of metal but the teeth are plastic. I have a VERY old Columbia fleece (20 years old or so) and a new fleece by the same company. Both zippers are made by YKK, a very reputable and long established zipper manufacturer. I've never had a problem with either zipper and frankly plastic teeth are the way to go for this application. The only down-side with the new zipper is that it is that it is too short (in my opinion) being about 5" from the neckline or about 7" total. This leaves little room for reaching through to my shirt pocket.
