Answer:	Heating element is not removable it’s sewn into the fabric . It has very tiny wires over a large portion of the vest it would be very difficult to design a way of removing it.

I bought a medium jacket and it fits really good. Plenty of room to wear a heavy long sleeve underneath and still plenty room to to zip. My suggestion if you wear a small usually in a top I would probably go with a small jacket. Hopefully this helps. You will love ❤️ this jacket.

Answer:	Hello, yes this will keep your whole upper body nice and warm, I’m wearing mine right now and I love it.. I can feel the heating wires and it feels like there are 8 on each side running up and down. They are about two inches apart and start about three inches in from the front opening and go out to about three inches past the outer edge of the pocket, so there is approximately 7 inches without a wire on the sides where this doesn’t make much body contact, it’s nice and big and plush. Right now I am completely warm, even my neck and definitely my arms so I think this would work great for you. I wish I had matching pants ha ha! Hope you like it.
