Answer:	Ultra is the best! By that I mean it is the heaviest of the two. I have several of the ultra, and one of the heavy, and I avoid the heavy: lighter and shrinks a bit more than ultra. Now in the summer months, you might want a lighter weight t-shirt. In my opinion, if you buy a heavy, get it 1 size larger. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I washed them in hot water and medium setting of heat for a short time in a standard dryer. Very little shrinkage.

Answer:	Purchased the navy blue color and it is one shirt to a pack. Very happy with the purchase. Shirts fit exactly as expected. Good deep color, wash and dry with no shrinkage. Shirt has no sheen, very matte surface... also shirt does not cling but has its own shape. Almost looks tailored. Not the typical, slinky, shiny type athletic tees you might get at big box retailer. I highly recommend.
