I normally wear a size XL T shirt when I work out but it's way too loose on me to look my best in public. I can bench press my body weight (slightly under 200 pounds) and my pecs aren't pronounced in these (the shirt hides the shape pretty well). For the Pocket Polo I got size Large and in Navy (dark colors do hide shape to some extent). If you get white, light blue, or light steel (gray) you'd want to try same size and one size up and see which looks better (send the one that is too tight or too lose back). For any other color I'd stay with your normal T shirt size. The sleeve is loose on my biceps so there should be room there as well if your arms are big for any reason. |
