Answer:	It really depends on where the "middle" (most used hole) you want to be. Generally speaking, its around 5" from the end of the belt. For ex - your waist size (with the belt on the pants) is 38". That means that we will make a belt which will have around 7 holes. The 4th hole will be the "38 inch" hole. The rest of the three holes are to accommodate "thanksgiving dinners" :). So if your belt length is 42 inches but you wear it mostly on the last hole, then measure from the front of the belt to that hole and that's the size you should order. Answer:	These are definitely not " lightweight ". Out of the package, sure. Wash and dry once, and they become stiff, scratchy, and brittle feeling. Into the pile of rags they went.

Answer:	Yes, it does shrink. I purchased two of these shirts, both black, both Medium. They arrived today, in only 3 days time. (I had also ordered FOL shirts as well to compare. They won't arrive until 7 days.) We were pleased that these shirts were well made and heavy weight material. They looked a size large instead of medium. I washed one in hot water, and dried it on hot. I laid the freshly washed shirt on top of the unwashed shirt. I measured the unwashed sleeves sticking out from under the washed sleeves. It appeared that they had become about 1" shorter in length. (When I actually measured each sleeve there was an actual difference of only 1/4" each sleeve.) The sleeves now measure 7" long instead of 7 1/4" long. The width of the sleeves averaged about 3/4" narrower when measuring the unwashed sleeve sticking out from under the washed sleeve. (When I did an actual measurement there was only a difference of 1/2". ) The width of the washed sleeve now measured 7 1/2", instead of the unwashed 8". The sides of the shirt shrunk in about 1/2" on each side. The actual measurements across the shirt chest, (lying flat), unwashed 19 1/2", washed 18 1/2". From top to bottom of the shirts it shrunk about 1/4", but in actual measurement from bottom of ribbing at neckline, to bottom of hem; Unwashed - 24", and washed - 24", I would have to say that some of the "shrinkage" was due to loosing the "pressed" look, (sizing), of the unwashed shirt. When actually measured it hadn't shrunk as much as originally thought. I next had my 23 year old son try on the two different shirts. He normally wears a size medium shirt. He said that although the washed shirt still fit just fine, the unwashed shirt felt more like the size he usually wears. When I asked him if I should buy him a size large and then let it shrink, or if he would prefer the medium, he answered that he would get the medium as he didn't feel that it had shrunk that much. I had my 25 year old daughter also try on the shirts as she also wears a medium adult shirt. She said that she felt that they both felt the same and that she would order the medium shirt. (Her usual size.) Although I Did make sure to wash the new shirt in hot water and to dry it in a hot dryer as well, there is no telling if the shirt will shrink in any additional washings or not. However, the shrinkage, (in our estimate), is within reason. So far the black color of the shirt also did not change that much. The color-catcher I had thrown in with the shirt changed to a sort of 'heather grey', but not a dark black in any way. (I took pictures to post, but could find no way to upload the pictures to this post.) Hope this helps someone. I will say that these are a very nice quality.

SkinCancer.org's webpage "Sun-protective clothing" advises to check a fabric by holding it up to light, since if you can see through it, UV radiation will readily reach your skin. Having this product in black, and holding a single, unstretched layer of the fabric up to modest, household light, I can basically see right through it.

Answer:	I don't know about the 3X but the 4X is 35" from the seam at the base of the collar to the hem. After wearing them, they do run a little small but not bad.
Question:	How long is the shirt length wise
Answer:	If you can wear a random cotton T shirt in dark colors and it look OK, you could wear these at a similar size. I normally wear a size XL T shirt when I work out but it's way too loose on me to look my best in public. I can bench press my body weight (slightly under 200 pounds) and my pecs aren't pronounced in these (the shirt hides the shape pretty well). For the Pocket Polo I got size Large and in Navy (dark colors do hide shape to some extent). If you get white, light blue, or light steel (gray) you'd want to try same size and one size up and see which looks better (send the one that is too tight or too lose back). For any other color I'd stay with your normal T shirt size. The sleeve is loose on my biceps so there should be room there as well if your arms are big for any reason.
Question:	Are these undershirts? How do they compare to the Hanes undershirts you buy at walmart where a pack of 7 cost
