Answer:	Yes... if the hole is one of the 11 sizes included with this pack. How big is the pot and how big is the hole?

Answer:	No, they are absolutely awful. Lowest quality rubber stoppers I have ever used BY FAR. I wouldn't even trust them to hold up against plain water. Simply rubbing them causes them to smear and break apart.

Answer:	It doesn't work on beer bottles if you want to keep the fizz in for overnight storage. It may work for a few hours but over time the gas pressure builds up and the stopper gets pushed out. Answer:	I just stored a bottle on its side for 48 hours and it did not leak. It was 3/4 full. I often store upright, so I am not sure about storing sideways for a longer period.
Question:	Will these work with the Oxo pump? Can't seem to find additional stoppers for it
Answer:	Yes, they will. I just ordered some and they work great. You have to pump a few more times than with the Oxo plugs, but it will create a tight seal. I tested it with a 750ml bottle of wine that was 3/4 full by turning it upside down and there were no leaks. I laid it on its side for a bit and there were no leaks either.
Question:	Need cap ideas to prevent water from leaking: turning wine bottle to a herb planter;the top/neck of bottle faces down & cut bottom is up with herbs
Answer:	I'm not sure if the Vacu Vin 088630 Wine Stopper 6 Pack will prevent spillage. There are rubber gaskets like the ones used on canning jars and many sorts of liquid containers to prevent either air or liquid from entering or exiting a container sold in many stores.
