Answer:	As is, they really don’t fill out. The best thing to do is to put it in an undersized pillow case. I got a 18x18 pillow and put it in a 16x16 case and it looks and feels so much fuller and the corners look much better.

Answer:	I have a 36" waist and 34" inseam, and the large size was a bit too short for me. XL would most likely be too baggy. You should probably try, as I should have, some other brand that comes in tall lengths.

Answer:	I used to lift weight as well and I would not recommend them for weights. The yoga paws are quite thick and very grippy, you wouldn't be able to properly grip a heavy bar, as they won't compress into a tight ball. I'd definitely have 2 different gloves for each activity. Couldn't live without my 'Paws' though - well worth the investment.
