Answer:	no, but the zipper pull is well covered, and the PacSafe will be under your clothes. I wear mine in front, under my slacks.

Answer:	There is a pull tab in the back of the belt, with a plastic piece. If you pull on the tab, you can shorten the length, or manually pull it apart, to lengthen it. Hope this helps! I used this on trips to Morocco and India, and felt very safe.
