Answer:	At least with a fine point pen, the ink dries quickly enough not to smear (unless you press too hard and too much comes out). However, I am a righty and don't have to deal with the side of my hand immediately hitting the ink.
Question:	The money clip fell out of my wallet. How can I get a new one
Answer:	I'm guessing each one is maybe 2 mL each give or take from my use with them. Depending on the brand of ink you buy, it will most likely be cheaper if you buy bottled ink. With bottled ink you also get more color options. I'd recommend getting a CON-50 converter to fit your pen and refill ink that way. Another option you can do is buy bottled ink and refill the individual cartridges themselves. This will require an ink syringe (or any syringe with a blunt tip) to refill the cartridge. I'd recommend Goulet Pens for the ink syringes as they are cheap and convenient.
