Answer:	The picture on the front of the box was what I used as a guide, then I just tightened the side straps and loosened them as my belly grew. It wasn't difficult at all, you'll be able to tell the difference if it's not in the right spot, I always could. I wore it on bare skin and over clothes and never experienced it moving or riding up unless I wore it over a shirt that was too small to actually fit me and my belly. But that was shirt that was pulling it out of place, not the actual belt moving on its own. Hope this helps. :)

Answer:	I ordered a size bigger because many reviewers said it ran big. I did not have this issue. the bigger size was too big. I exchanged out for the right size and it was perfect.
