| Answer: | It will cradle the belly and doesn't dig into it. I had more issues with the width of the back annoying me. But I think it has more to do with my body shape rather than having my desk job and sitting most of the day. It does have some medium support. With the elastic you can also adjust how snug the fit is. If it's too snug, just loosen it. I will say, though, that I did wear it under a light tank top because my skin has become sensitive. And I eventually stopped wearing it a couple weeks ago (around 24 weeks) when the weather got warmer because I was sweating too much. Might just be my pregnancy though, because I'm still sweaty under my belly and now it's just 2 layers (pants, shirt) instead of the 4 (tank, belt, pants, shirt) I did have on over my belly. |

| Answer: | The picture on the front of the box was what I used as a guide, then I just tightened the side straps and loosened them as my belly grew. It wasn't difficult at all, you'll be able to tell the difference if it's not in the right spot, I always could. I wore it on bare skin and over clothes and never experienced it moving or riding up unless I wore it over a shirt that was too small to actually fit me and my belly. But that was shirt that was pulling it out of place, not the actual belt moving on its own. Hope this helps. :) |
