Answer:	Yes, they will rust a bit if you don't open it and let it dry after coming in out of the rain. I used mine for commuting, and it would be in a plastic bag in my tote bag once I got on the train. If I forgot to open it up to dry once I got home the joints would rust if left wet overnight. My own fault of course, but sometimes you just forget things once you get home.

Answer:	From memory, we estimate the 68” umbrella came in a box 6” x 6” x 45”. The pole alone measures 40” and does not fold smaller. The 62” umbrella pole measures 13 1/2” in length when folded. When folded, the diameter is 2 1/2 “. The box for that one fit into my mailbox without any difficulty.

Answer:	I bought three of these umbrellas and thought that they were defective because if you fail to open the velcro clasp that holds it closed, it will not extend. Once the clasp is unfastened, it extends into a full umbrella with the press of a button. One hand operation to open. Surprisingly, when open, if you press the button the umbrella collapses. But then you need to push it back into the closed position. Pretty cool.

Answer:	No. What you do is, as you close the umbrella, it goes up and the water is collected inside the "bowl" then you just dump out the water. Just shake out the umbrella and it stands with the open end downward. That way water droplets that are left on the umbrella will drip down onto the ground or floor. It's very cool. I have two. Highly recommend. There are videos online that makes it easier to understand.
