Also, again on the first version, there's no snap or tab to roll up the shoe tunnel when it's not in use so there's a big floppy hunk of nylon in there.

Answer:	From what I notice, the xms1553 is limited to only one size (20") and two colors (grey and pink). The 2.0 bag has several different colors to choose from and comes in either small (15") or medium (20") size. The most noticeable difference between the two bags is that the xms1553 does not have a "water-resistant bottom panel", nor does it have pegs/feet on the bottom of the bag to protect the bottom of the bag from scratches and being torn. The 2.0 has those features, which are great reinforcements. Other than that, the bags are very similar.

I bought one and the material has a foul fishy smell.I bought it on Dec.1.I tried airing it out for a couple of days, then I put a container of baking soda inside the bag. So far it still has a faint odor to it. I don't know if I'd put my clothes in it for fear of the odor transferring to clothing.
Question:	Is this bag washable? And, if so, what are the washing instructions
Answer:	It is definitely not a heavyweight bag. I haven't any issues with it. Straps still strong, zippers still work, no rips or tears in fabric. I use it daily.
