Answer:	I’m not sure why this one doesn’t include those. The original set I bought also had the shoe inserts, but I cannot seem to find them on amazon. Try the actual manufacturer website.

Answer:	The U shaped shoulder one. The long rectangular one a smaller oval shaped one with a hand strap and two small hand size warmers

Answer:	Bending the disc starts an exothermic crystallization of the gel (i.e. it goes opaque and gets hot). And when it loses its warmth, all you have to do is wrap it in a towel and place it into boiling water for about 5 minutes and it resets itself (the crystals completely liquefy). Once it cools off from its boiling bath, it is ready to be used again.
Question:	How many pockets Are on the inside
Answer:	The coin is the key but you do not rub it. It is not really flat but bends out at the edges. To activate the gel to heat, simply bend the coin shaped object so that bend goes the other way. Convex to concave. After use, to reactivate it simply immerse it in boiling water for 10-20 minutes. It helps to put a wire rack or something in the bottom of the pot so that the gel pad does not rest on the bottom of the hot pan while boiling. When the gel turns completely clear again (versus cloudy as it does as it cools off during use), it is then ready to use again. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Not recommended to flush in not good condition, ejector, or septic plumbing systems directly . It is the responsibility of the end user to know the capability of their plumbing system before attempting to flush,because flushing may cause blockage in older household drain systems,some city has a lot of problems with those things.Not recommended to throw liners into these toilets directly.

Answer:	The brown side straps, handle and the bottom lining is real leather. The rest is a canvas/Jean type of material. It is a little heavy but it works for me. And the price is right.
