Question:	Does the 30inch drop bottom rolling duffle meet the standard airline size requirements
Answer:	There are hooks at both ends of the inside bag. Have too be careful with this bag way easy to go over 50 pound limit. I would estimate about 3 suits at each end but probably over weight limit!
Question:	What is the warranty
Answer:	No way to hang this bag. As nice and well constructed is this garment bag, the lack of a hanging hook is really a short-coming, and I called the company about my concerns. I think a hook is not provided because there is a hanger locking mechanism at both ends of the inside of the garment bag, so that you can lay clothing in both directions. If there was a hook, some clothes would be hanging upside-down.
Question:	how much does this weigh empty
Answer:	No this bag has no shoulder strap and I have to say it was tough traveling without one. I could connect it to my luggage. However It is a big bag with lots of space, I'm able to use it as a carry-on and stuff it full! The zipper handle on two of the inside pockets came right off but the outside zipper is very sturdy as well as the bag.
Question:	Will the bag more or less flatten for storage? How many inches high when flattened

Answer:	The rods are slightly tough to push in place but just give it some force and they will go in place.
Question:	Is there a trick so the sides dont collapse when clothes are hanging
Answer:	You have to make sure you extend and pull out the poles themselves until you here a click. Usually there is a slight bump on the poles that have to click into the hole/ groove to here the click. Once you do that then they should not collapse.

Answer:	No it doesn't, honestly you won't miss it. It does have wheels and a long enough handle that makes it comfortable to pull. My husband is 6'5 he has no issues he loves the bag.

Answer:	Definitely not carry on. It's way too big for the overhead bin.

Answer:	No...most airlines follow the 22 x 18 x 10 carry on policy. The bag is 26 x 14 x 14.

Answer:	No tags were included with mine.
Question:	What is the length of the bottom compartment? Is it the full 35"? Would a 32" item fit inside it
Answer:	Yes, and keep in mind that if you have an item that is just a 'bit' too long- you can 'cant' it a little to the 'diagonal' so in essence you probably could fit something that is not too wide but a little longer than the full 35" length. I used this luggage to transport a lot of work equipment - it worked great and has not had any failures to date. The bottom of the bag can be fully exposed when you open up the bottom compartment/zipper. Hope this answer helps you!

Answer:	I’m using it now for the first time and checked it through to India, no problem at the airport.

Answer:	It is a very rugged bag - far better than others I have had. If it is packed properly with all the straps cinched down it should be fine, the steel rods it the upper part of the bag could be a catching point if the adjustment straps are not tight.
