Answer:	Yes, it is possible to use these on your wrists. I have used these on my ankles, but intend to start using them on my wrists. I was able to put these on my wrists, but I don't know whether they will stay in place during exercise. They seem snug enough, but I can't verify it from experience. One possible caveat is that, if your wrists are especially small, you might run out of velcro strap to cinch the fastening tight. It seems this could be remedied by wearing a fabric wristband, or similar, to build up the effective diameter of your wrist.

Answer:	Yes, extremely easy! Each ankle weight has a velcro flap. Simply open the flap and slip in or out each tube as needed. I've had mine since June of last year, use them regularly and haven't had any problem with them whatsoever. I definitely recommend!

Answer:	I honestly can't answer that question. My experience and the person to whom I have gifted these 2 lb hand weights had and still has a good experience with these weights. Perhaps there is a manufacturing defect with the ones you received? I would try to contact the manufacturer and let them be aware of your experience and ask for an explanation.
