Steel wire is great security, just check one out that has a stronger long lasting lock box on it. So it will hold up in temp changes and precipitation.

Answer:	I bought four of the 28 model. I was worried about the 62 linear rule that some airlines now have and happy with this purchase now that I have them. The 28 model I measure at 29 1/2 including wheels x 20 1/4 x 12 3/8 = 62 1/8 linear. Nobody is going to question 1/8 inch over.
