Answer:	The cables are small diameter, but with four, one on each corner, I think yes, they should do the job.

Answer:	It is what it is, you can’t adjust the cable length. But in all honesty it just long enough for my luggage.

Answer:	Would depend on the size of the laptop. My laptop measuring ~15x10 inches wouldn't appear to fit according to the stated dimensions.
