Answer:	The body dimensions (case size/packing area) are 24x16.5x11 inches. The overall dimensions (wheels & handle) are 27x17.5x11.5 inches. The weight is 10.8lbs.

Answer:	Go to delsey.com to find out how to set your unique code. In the meantime, to open the case, set the tumblers to 0000. Slide the little latches on either side of the handle away from the midline. This releases the lock and allows the case to be opened. Delsey really should include instructions at shipping!
Question:	How do you reset the lock combination
Answer:	1. You want to open the luggage first by setting the combination to 000 2. Then slide the TSA button towards the Red dot to open it and pop out the zipper pulls 3. Then there is a little silver hole in between the zipper pulls & the 000 combination 4. With a pen, pencil or paper clip or something pointed; press firmly on the silver hole button until you hear a click. Keep the pen, pencil or paper clip pressed down 4. As you hold down the pen, pencil or paper clip; change the number from 000 to a new number you are comfortable with 5. After you confirm your new number you are going to let go of the pen, pencil or paper clip and slide the TSA button back to the original position. At anytime you don't remember the code or the lock doesn't respond then we can't open it over the phone and you will have to use one of our repair centers to help you. Answer:	Yes. Traveled to Rome 2018 with the 22 inch via AA with no problem. It fit in the test box in the airport and in the overhead. I do plan to purchase the 21” as for my husband. Love this luggage...have never seen anyone else with the style. Also noticed it is very popular in stores in Europe.

Answer:	The large is appx. 26" by 17" and the small is 18" by 13". The closed dimensions (without unzipping the extra space is appx. 10" for the large and 7" for the small. Both are quite generous.
Question:	does this meet airlines carry on policies
Answer:	Unfortunately, it depends on what airline you take! It used to meet standards; now they are suggesting new ones, especially for non US-carriers. Check what your airline allows. We bought this because it was one inch smaller than the smallest carry-on we owned. It fit easily in the overhead compartment for our United flight. NOTE: we did not overfill it - it becomes about an inch wider where the zipper is if you can't squeeze it shut.

Answer:	The luggage doesn't come with locks.... but if you bought airline approved locks... take them to the airport and they have a key maybe they'll let you use it

Answer:	Airlines vary with United usually most strict, but they all are near the same. For a checked bag it is 62 linear inches (width+length+height - including wheels and handle). This bag is under the approved airline linear max. I have had no issue with any airlines. Don't forget weight max is usually 50lbs, but some airlines allow up to 70. If you go over weight they will charge extra.

The 28" bag weighs 10.9 pounds empty, and the 20" bag weighs 6.6 pounds empty. Both bags were weighed with a hand held luggage scale.
