Answer:	I use the case for a Kamaka tenor, its a little loose. However a 10.5" lower bout is probably too wide. Kanilea has two super tenors, one with a 17" scale and one with a 19" scale. Length wise only the 17" scale would fit.

The company is charging me original shipping fees that were free originally plus 15% restocking fee plus must ship on my own with no assistance and must track to notify them once it arrives at their destination. This is ridiculous. Obviously I cannot not return because it would cost a great deal! Ridiculous that I have to monitor return then let them know when it arrives at THEIR facility!! No phone to call them. They only send email at 1:40 in morning. No way to communicate to a person.

Answer:	Like Randy said, you can only read the name while the tag is on. This is for your privacy. You can write on the metal with a sharpie or stick on a label if you want. I like that these tags can't be ripped off in baggage handling.

Answer:	The info cards are removed from the opening where the strap goes thru the tag. When you first get the tags the straps are not attached so getting to the card inside is easy.

Answer:	The paper. Tag is 2” X 3.5” - the paper tag is 2 sided in case you change addresses or 2 people use the bag. I just substitute one of my business cards and it fits perfectly. Great tags - I have them in multiple colors and have been very happy.
