Answer:	Be careful about how much stock you put into reimbursement and repair. I've had quotes from $100 to $248 to ship my 25" bag to a repair shop from various locales in different states. And if TSA is deemed the culprit and not the airline, neither the airline nor the government will pay for shipping. Know that EC has very few authorized repair shops. I'll be in Portland next year and will bring my damaged bag with me to drop off there. My future bags will be B & R, as I can get them repaired all over the world. Now THAT is a warranty!
