Answer:	I'm not sure what you consider heavy so I will share what I use them for. I use them at bootcamp, so I'm usually using 15 lbs dumbells, 45 pound bars, 25 lb kettle bells. Nothing most people would consider heavy. The gloves have been washed dozens of times and are still in good shape.

Answer:	If you have a problem with golfers' elbow, consider buying some kind of velco strap that can adjust to the size of your forearm. For example, there are several such straps used by tennis players to support the muscles in their forearm. A wristband cannot provide this type of support.

Answer:	In theory, these would work fine over an Apple Watch. They've got plenty of stretch, and 3 inches is definitely wide enough to cover the watch face and band. I have placed them over a normal watch before, so fitment of that, I can confirm. The Apple watch shouldn't be any different. I would be wary that covering your apple watch for an extended period of time could potentially cause the watch to heat up, since it will be completely enclosed between your arm and the band, with no open air for the heat the electronics produce to escape into.
