Answer:	That depends on your spacing, but about 16. I used 2 shelves and have the larger size spice containers on the top shelf and 16 regular size containers on the lower shelf.

Answer:	My youth fits his helmet , glove & water bottle No problem. Probably to small for extra clothes.

Answer:	My guess would be yes. I'm using it for multiple 2 1/4 softball bats and they fit in there with some extra give. I'm confident that a 2 3/4 bat would fit, I just don't have one to test.

Answer:	My son uses this bag for youth baseball. His helmet has a cage on it and it is a tight fit to get it in. The bag is very roomy, and does fit his glove, batting gloves, helmet and 2 bats. There would be room for clothing and possibly cleats if you pack well, but I don't think another pair of shoes would fit.
