Answer:	Yes you can use it to haul around books and and binders. It has plenty of inside and outside pockets but they're not removable.

Answer:	I have no idea of the weight limit. When I go to the range I take long 300 rounds of ammo, 2 semi-auto 9mm along with everything else needed. I have around 50 pounds in it and still room for a hell of a lot more.

Answer:	From the manufacturer's website, it looks like only the non-rolling version of the backpack has the rain cover. They must have put the wrong product description on the amazon add here.

Answer:	I wouldn't think so. The biggest compartment is where the firearms go and it is too small.

Answer:	The backpack straps are in a compartment of it's own. The zipper for it is at the top, back behind the carry strap. Maybe that compartment is also for the targets, but you would have to fold them. I carry an artist tube for my targets. This way they don't get wet if it's raining out as you walk from a parking lot and they are rolled vs folded. I hope this helps.

Answer:	There are only 10 dedicated mag slots in the left outer pocket. There is room to keep extras in that same pocket as they are generous. There are also internal pockets that can hold 2-3 mags each. There are plenty of pockets throughout this bag in my opinion. I teach at a large range, 3-5 classes a week and this bag holds a lot. Of course the more you put into it, the heavier it is to hoist in and out of a vehicle.

There also at the end of the wall as well. Once you make use of these inside wall compartment, you may not need divider any more. It have two section at the right hand side with many pockets. It have left side also many pockets. As we wll outside end ports. I guess you may not need to divide the main compartment. You may can left it as it is for some big items.
