Answer:	Good luck with the warranty! It says there’s a 60 day free replacement for defective or broken parts. I’ve had it less than 60 days and the pump and hose were damaged when I received them. I hoped they would still work well enough, so I tried but it didn’t work the way it was supposed to. I contacted them, and their response was that they didn’t have the parts to be able to replace the damaged ones. Hopefully you’ll have better luck than I have had so far!

Answer:	The nuts and bolts are to connect the two pieces together. The pins are for adjustments. The product is a good idea, that needs improvement.. if you are using on custom homes, there is no protection for the customers floor, an there is nothing to prevent the item from moving around and scratching... they could place rubber padding on the end caps, and this would solve the problem. The item is heavy, and not very versatile, it should be a quick fold up, but you have to assemble and disassemble every time you use it. I returned the product with a full refund.

Answer:	The dimension of the looped end is approximately 2 1/8 inches in its normal state. If the end of the loop is clamped very tightly with squeeze clamps, then the dimension is roughly 1 inch. However it is difficult to squeeze unless a tool is used to clamp the end loop. I used an IRWIN QUICK-GRIP Bar Clamp to squeeze the end down to about 1 inch so it will be a tight fit if you are trying to fit inside a 1 1/4 hole but possible. I was not able to attach reference pictures to show.
