Answer:	No label as to what material, it reminds me of cloth paper, good for light duty but not for heavy use. I use it to protect a coat in the car or in the closet. I would never use it as a carry on.

Answer:	Love this bags, they are strong and holds huge amount of purchase. I go home with 4 or 5 bag after shopping rather than a trunk full of plastic bags. Again they are very strong.

Answer:	Handles vary with size of bag. Smaller bags have shorter handles. Larger bags have longer handles. None are long enough to go cross body.

Answer:	Can’t find any evidence as to where they are made. Probably not USA.
Question:	Are the handles truly "Long" I purchased a set from a different seller whom specified "Long" handles but they were short
Answer:	Make SURE YOU CLICK on the CORRECT OPTION BOX. They sell both the short and long handles on same page. YOU want LONG just insure and double check in your IN BOX that the ones selected indeed are the long handles. If it states short then click on item to bring the page up again and this time select LONG box again and then add to your order page. If the title clearly states it is LONG and the original item states Short then delete the short one and you should be good. Now if Amazon somehow ships the short handle and you ordered LONG it clearly shows that in your order box. And when and if that were to happen you immediately contact Amazon and explain somehow they shipped short handles instead of the long handles you ordered. They will then issue you a return label and you will need to print that off along with the return slip and on that slip explain items are not damaged or used but were the wrong item sent. And you had ordered long handles and were shipped short. This can happen due to seller sending wrongly labeled items to Amazon or Amazon sticking it's own wrong labels on items when they get them from the seller at the Amazon warehouse. SO seen it both ways over the years. Does happen not often but yes it can. Amazon has your back as long as you take advantage of their 30 day return period. You can even arrange to have UPS pick item up at work or home and or drop them off yourself. I've taken advantage of both options over the years. One time I had them sitting on freezer to return in our garage as the car was locked when I went out to it. The UPS delivered a shipping box that day spied the returns and took them with him. I called to insure they had been the ones to pick them up. I was fine with it. The usual UPS person here is very thoughtful and helpful and goes the extra in service. Of course it means as an on line buyer we must be responsible and take the proper steps to resolve any problems we may have. Go to your ORDER page find the problem item and from there open another browser page repeat and contact Amazon's live chat or email or phone their 800#. I prefer today Live chat as the foreign or cultural language barriers can be difficult at times. (I gave up about 3 years ago when a rep by phone kept trying to refund different items in the same order for the one I needed to return. The return item was like under 7 dollars the next was 35 then the next was like 28 or thereabouts. And I kept telling her look for the right priced item and she would find the correct one. NO she went down each and everyone and actually was sending me return address labels to each. I would quickly check to insure it was the right one and when not keeping her on the phone the entire time I'd explain NO that's not the right item. I told her man someone who gets a 7 dollar item returned when they shipped me a 34 dollar item is not going to be happy. They were all similar items as in full size baking racks and the tiny one was just that a very small sized combo with rack and baking sheet. These I use for numerous purpose in home including we save a lot ouf our own garden seeds and need to sort and clean them these tiny trays are ideal for that and the racks are great for drying some of those but also other purposes too. I ordered a pair and only one arrived. So I knew the drill return the single and re-order again. They were available from other vendors on Amazon so I just thought I would order from a different one once I had returned for refund. But this lady rep was making it very difficult as she three times got it wrong that evening including twice repeating the 34 dollar rack.) So for some reason Live Chat might take a bit longer initially than years ago phone option but I the only time I recall being screwed by Amazon was using the email which was clearly run by foreign reps again and they would not get it right.They insisted I return the entire order or nothing. I told them this is not right that other vendors goods are fine. Stay safe.

Answer:	Yeah, I think that was an issue I had with the product as advertised - exact measurements weren't given. The width is 30cm (12 inches). Height is 38cm (15 inches) and thickness is 8cm (3.25 inches).

Answer:	Height: 15" - Width: 11.5" - Thickness: 3.5". (That's according to my Wescott stainless steel ruler; I've seen too many errors occur from using non-metric units to trust them. In centimeters, that's 38 x 29 x 9 cm.)If you can't find a clear bag in the correct dimensions, here's a kludge you can try. It won't look pretty, but it will solve the problem, and the bag will still be fully usable (except for the small mesh bag). It can also be easily returned to its original size afterward. You'll need clear packing tape (2" wide is good) and a ruler.Measure 3" from the bottom of the backpack on the side without the straps. Fold along this line so those 3" become the bottom of the backpack, and hold it in place with a piece of tape. Reinforce it with a longer piece of tape that runs the entire width plus a bit more to keep the edges from fraying loose.Turn the backpack over and repeat this procedure with the bottom 3" of the backpack on the side with the straps. Avoid taping over the straps themselves, as they will pull the tape loose. Apply a few more pieces of tape as reinforcement, preferably going across the longer pieces.
