Answer:	I don't understand your question. Its a padlock with TSA keyhole so airport security can open it if needed. I have used it on trips in USA and Asia.

Once the box is closed and locked, you can’t pull the cable out because the washer is bigger than the hole for the cable.

Answer:	My 15" Dell laptop fits just fine and the bag is not too big. Having said that, the velcro strap used to snuggly secure the laptop is too long. My preference would be to have a larger velcro surface or a shorter strap. The laptop still rides just fine. I would have also preferred to have a little padding on the bottom of the laptop sleeve to protect my $1000 laptop.

Answer:	The combination locks should have both come set to 000. The slides next to the combination wheels are slid to the side away from the combination wheels to open the locks. To set a new combination, slide each slide TOWARD the combination wheels and hold them in that position with one hand while you turn the combination wheels to whatever numbers you want with your other hand. Pick a three digit number for each lock that you'll remember. In my case, I chose the month and day of my birthday for one lock and the month and day of my wedding anniversary for the other. I recommend setting each lock to a different number so that if someone lucks out with figuring out one lock, they don't get both. If you have trouble with the above, roll the wheels back to 000 and try the above again. Good luck.
