Answer:	Some older styles of this bag had a rope strap. ALL the current styles have memory foam straps. The rest of the bag design remains exactly the same. This question has been answered here several times already.

Answer:	It would...technically...work as a diaper bag, since it is large enough to hold the items you mentioned. Problem is it has one large compartment so organization is out, and given its a sling bag, its a little frustrating to get in and out of, especially when dealing with a crying baby that needs a diaper change. Also, if you wear your baby, the sling style strap severely interferes wtih this.

Answer:	Not sure what that means but it's says women's hiking boot. I ordered mine according to my size in women's shoes and it fit fine. I ordered a half size bigger for a little more room for thicker socks.
