Question:	Does this container keep the food warm for kids at school? Let's say for about 4 hours
Answer:	The BentGo box fits great in the Bentology lunch bags. I purchased slim freezer packs and they fit perfectly with the BentGo and the Bentology bag has a pouch for juice/milk cartons. I have also been able to fit small extra snacks alongside the BentGo (ie yogurt pouches, jerky sticks, or fruit snacks) in the Bentology bag.
Question:	This might be a silly question, but how would I keep the food cold in this box
Answer:	It will fit in Keeli Kids preschool backpacks with some room to spare, but not a ton. Keeli Kids backpacks are 14.5 x 3.5 x 9.5". If it's another brand, it would depend on the size of the backpack but you could compare with the above dimensions. Hope this helps!
Question:	Wondering if anyone has found a good bag to put the bentgo box in to hold an ice pack, utensils ect. The bentgo bag does not work

Answer:	Just the large square has the thermos but the rest keeps all the foods temperature pretty. The seal is pretty good on it and when I put a cold juice pouch in the side part it keeps it nice and cool.

Answer:	I am not sure, a dell latitude 14' E7450 fits just fine. 15 may squeeze in but if its to thick it may be a problem.

Answer:	The backpack measures 16” x 12” x 5.25” deep, lunch bag measures 6” x 7” ( 8” with flap ) x 4” deep, and pencil case measures 10” W x 4.5” H.

Answer:	Everything you see in the picture comes with the backpack, however, the backpack is poor quality. The zippers broke within the first week.
Question:	Is it easy to open
Answer:	Hey there, thank you for reaching out to us about this. Sometimes after creation these are immediately put into their plastic wrap and shipped out straight from the factory, and so they have a new plastic-type of scent to them. If it's bothersome we recommend opening the bag to air it out and/or rubbing the inside with a dryer softener sheet or the like. It should air out in no time. It's not harmful in any way (all of our backpacks are tested to the utmost of child and parent safety requirements), in some cases it may just be unpleasant for a day or so. I hope that helps!

Question:	Where can I purchase a replacement fork
Answer:	yes you can, but I haven't done that often. I was concerned that the gasket could get too loose to stay in place.
Question:	Where can I get replacement utensils
Answer:	They are very similar. Have the same capacity and work the same way. The shapes are a bit different - the foogo is a little bit taller, top is thicker, gasket is thicker bottom and top are rubberized plastic that doesn't slip. The inside is smooth stainless steel. The funtainer top and bottom are plastic and slippery, and you can see inside where it's been welded. Other than that the difference is in the characters/colors you get. The Foogo seems better build and better quality - unless you really want the specific characters that the Funtainer comes with, I'd go with the Foogo if prices are similar, or even if Foogo is a little more expensive. Haven't tested performance exactly but seems similar.

Answer:	Yes， It is easy to open.
Question:	Is this product leak proof
Answer:	I don't know where they get the 7.6 from. Mine is 3.5 (diameter) x 5 with the top on and 3.5 x 4.5 with the top off. It's the 10 ounce size. Hope this helps.
