Answer:	No it is not insulated. (It is lined, but not insulated.)

Answer:	The bag's lining is water-resistant, but the bag is not water-proof. It might not be the best bag for really wet towels. I once spilled coffee (with milk) inside mine. It was easy to wipe down and dry out - no lingering smell. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I really don't know, but I think the heat from the iron may mess up the mickey head on the bag. It seems to be like a paint or something. The head is 3.5" across the widest part, so plan accordingly with your letters.

Answer:	Great question! The main compartment of the lunch tote is insulated and there is plenty of room to place a cool pack or two. We highly suggest cool packs over straight ice because the melt makes it harder to clean and there may be some condensation that builds on the outside. Hope this helped!

Answer:	Solid question and thank you again for your interest in our Mickey Mouse Lunch Tote! The buckles, in the sense of them working like a manual buckle, are actually for show, and there are magnetic ones on the underside that easily unsnap. Re-doing the buckle each time can be a bit annoying so we designed the strap to have the same visual appeal but better accessibility with the magnetic closure. Hope this helped!

Answer:	The size is good but for my 10/11 year old client she kinda turn her nose up at them prior to her cruise but once onboard and in the spirit she was more receptive. I think the more adult bags with silhouettes of the characters might be better for that age range.
