Answer:	I haven't tried it out on a long pull anywhere yet, but the handle does have a shorter position that feels like it will "lock" in place. My measurements are: 37 inches from floor to bottom of t-handle when fully extended and 27 inches from floor to bottom of t-handle in shorter locked position. I hope that helps your decision making.

Answer:	I have been able to fit this under the seat on SW flights (737), Frontier (Airbus) and United (757 but not in the aisle seat and Embraer regional jet). Hope this helps.

Answer:	Very much. My bag went through a rainstorm and all the utilities inside were dry. Just need to remember to place the zippers to one side, because the little gap when the zippers connect are prone to allowing water in, and if they are to the side of the bag, that lessens the chance of water inside greatly.

Answer:	I'm not sure about a folder as we used it for preschool and it did not require a folder . It did hold drawings that were about standard size paper and notifications to parents that were regular paper size . Sorry could not be more help we used it last year and has now been passed on to someone else so could not measure it .

Answer:	I bought this bag for a week long boating trip through the VI. When I got home I began using it for my work bag. It fits my laptop and several of my notebooks, water bottle and more. It’s a very nice bag and dressy with the gold zippers. I bought the navy blue one. I’m very happy with my purchase. It looks similar to the Tumi for a fraction of the price. It is made very well.
