My son is a catcher, so he normally has to use his larger wheeled bag, but for simple workouts and indoor work, it carries a couple of bats, a couple of gloves, a full change of clothes and shoes, towel, etc, just fine.

Answer:	I’ve worn it as a backpack using the carry straps. However, now they have sell one with straps specifically to use as a backpack.

Answer:	I will say the bag has a nice large capacity. With that said it doesn't roll well, the bottom where the wheels are is very unstable and frustrating at times when rolling up a curb and it almost always tips over. The size is right for my gear I bring to Alaska, thus I think the size would be good for a scuba trip, but again the rolling stability is frustrating.
