Answer:	Hi Lori, I would get a large or an extra large. It has drawstrings on the inside so you can adjust it if necessary. Because of the nylon it doesn't stretch but you can adjust it. I wear a small but for a medium and I have to adjust mine.

Answer:	It's about 25-inches from the collar to the bottom of the vest. It really depends on your height, but for me the bottom of the lower silver reflective stripe comes to my waist. For my wife, the top of the pocket comes to her waist.
