Answer:	11x11 wouldn't fit. That would be too wide, the height is fine. The main pocket fits an iPad. There is room in the other pocket for other things. It has two main pockets and a couple of outside pockets for things like a phone etc. Hope this helps.

Answer:	My kids 3 inch 3 ring binder would not fit. So we have not even used this backpack. It is pretty small in size. Was shocked it didn't hold the binder. But that is mostly do to the triangle shape to the backpack. 10.5 inch it should hold but anything taller than roughly 12 in X 8 in is gonna be a squeeze. In our opinion.

Answer:	It definitely does not hurt! However, after one day of using one of the zippers broke and I had to safety pin it shut for the rest of my trip.

Answer:	It should do. I get a case holding an iPad, a Chromebook plus a Nexus tablet into this bag. It lacks padding for protection if you want that.

Answer:	Yes, ... there is a hole at the top near the loop. The hole is reinforced with a rubber grommet so as to not tear and expand the hole. There are multiple pockets inside to place your playing device.

Answer:	It's light padding on the shoulder strap. The bag is good for every day light use, but not for sport for example biking or hiking. Gave this as a gift. The giftee uses it as a purse, but she doesn't put much in it. If you're looking for something more heavy duty, I suggest looking in to the Atom sling by Patagonia or the sling bag by Osprey. I personally have a Patagonia Atom sling bag that I purchased in 2011 and it's still going strong. It's "now" just showing wear and tear. I'm planning to purchase the sling bag from Osprey when the Patagonia wears out just to try something different and also because they have an amazing lifetime-no-questions-asked warranty. Answer:	I would say no. Definitely not that big. Hold my 9.8 kindle. Wallet and phone. Not much else.

Answer:	I didn’t use for iPad so I’m not certain.. However, just FYI the zipper broke after a few months of usage. I loved it as it was light and great looking, not a lot of fuss to use. I was quite disappointed to have this happened. To fix it was not worth it, as the zipper replacement would’ve been too expensive. Sadly, I threw it out.

Answer:	I never considered talking on the phone with it inside the phone bag. I am hard of hearing do not answer the phone while in public....I text. I know you can answer it because I dialed my house phone and answered it through the bag screen. That is all that I can tell you.
