Answer:	THAT DEPENDS ON THE STYLE. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE AIR HOLES OR NOT. SOME HAVE INDENTS, BUT NO ACTUAL HOLES. Personal preference, so be sure to get what you want.

Answer:	The bistro are not lined, but are made very differently. Made for working in a hot wet slippery restaurant or professional kitchen, as well as for people. The soles, unlike almost all other styles of crocs (which have soles that are just part of the plastic extrusion of these shoes, but with a tread pattern on the bottom, that wears out very fast. The bistro bottom (outside the shoe) had a hard supportive anti slip rubber outer soul. The shoe lasts much longer, and bistros are better for posture and standing, because as comfortable as crocs are, like flip flops, made to be squishy soft for shorter lengths of time wearing.

Answer:	I ordered a regular size (not wide) and they were not wider than normal. In fact you may want to order up a size if width is an issue as the sparkly band across the top of the shoe is rather tight. Hope this helps.
