Question:	Can the usb port be used to connect a usb drive to the remote station
Answer:	How long is the run? Make sure you punched the cables down properly. A quick test would be to take a premade patch cable like 10 feet long and just test it like that. Sometime mine doesn’t work either so all I do is unplug everything and re-plug it all back in and it works. You’re not supposed to plug the equipment in until all the devices are plugged into the two units.. plug everything in then plug the power in. If that doesn’t work then you must have a bad unit

If the wire connected to the transformer is too long, the voltage of the supply will loss. Therefore, the light will be less than 12V. Normally, you can receive a total power of 60W. If a light is 5W, it is recommended to connect 8-10 lights. If you connect 12 lights, the lights will be darker. Because there is electrical loss in the long wire.

However, they have a website where you might find a specific source if not AGPtek. http://www.agptek.com/support/about-us.html I have never had a problem with these tea lights...in fact, because I replace the batteries that come with them with Maxell C2032, I use them in my fairy garden outdoors through hot and cold weather...protected by an inverted small glass...the light lasts for months. Beautiful at twilight and they stay brightly lit for at least 6 hours. Excellent results every time. Even when damp (not submerged) they will light. I'm thinking about getting some clear plastic balls and put a tea light in each one and add them to my landscape.

Answer:	Yes, the batteries are super easy to change. In fact, a couple of mine did not work at first, but then I realized the battery was in upside-down, and when I flipped it over they worked just fine. Out of 90 lights, only 1 or 2 did not work.
