Answer:	Hello and thank you for the question! Currently within the app, the bold text option and the brightness slider aren’t working for the face masks. I’ve been in contact with the app developer about this issue and was informed that those options were only added because the same app is also used for other products with larger led panels like hats, book bags, etc in which the flexible led panel is much larger in size and have different control modules inside. I’ve requested for those two features to be made working for the masks and was informed they would look into it for the next app update. I will reach out to them again and check the status of this as I too would like for these 2 features to be made available on the masks.
Question:	I got my mask, but the music doesnt show up. How do i get my music into the app
Answer:	Hello! Are you on an iPhone or Android? The app should automatically access the music on your phone. When downloading and setting up the app, did you not grant the app permission to access your music? I have noticed on my iPhone that not every song will play thru the app, so it might be a copyright issue with some songs I have on my phone that were downloaded years ago. The app did get updated recently. Maybe try deleting the app and reinstalling it to see if that works.
Question:	Wont pair with android phone
Answer:	Here’s a few steps to try... 1. Make sure your Bluetooth on phone is turned on. 2. Make sure mask is charged. (Preferably full charge before first use). Sometimes the app will have trouble pairing when the mask battery gets low. 3. Open app and select “connection”. With the connection screen open, press & hold power button on mask for about 4 seconds to turn mask on. When mask turns on, you should immediately see some numbers/letters pop up which is your mask. Press the little box to connect to the mask. The mask should blink 3 times when it connects. 4. If the mask turns on but doesn’t appear in the connection window then it’s somehow been damaged. Most likely from shipping and it either has a bad Bluetooth module inside or a loose wire. If this is the case then we will need to replace the mask. 5. Try connecting to a different phone just to see if it works. Let me know if you try these steps and still can’t connect. We will need to send you a replacement mask.

4. When Wearing the Mask...

• The lights on my mask aren't red - they appear orange/yellow. Why? Is my mask defective?

It is highly unlikely that your mask is defective. There are a couple reasons why it appears to be a different color from the red you might be expecting: The first being the prescribed 630nm wavelength, which actually falls under an orange-red>appear to have changed color over time. This is unlikely to be the case.

• The mask doesn't appear to be working properly/power is not getting to the mask properly.

- There are a number of reasons behind this. First off, please note that the remote is good for 2-3 full sessions from a single full charge - if you are trying to use it beyond this count without charging, its likely that the remote is dead or near-dead. Charge for about 4 hours and then try again.

- Consider using a different cable to see if that helps, as cables do readily become an issue over time. It is a general USB cable that many have laying around their homes.

• I've tried everything you've mentioned or my issue isn't listed here. What do I do?
