Answer:	Yes, if you are of small shoulder size but if shoulders are stout then it may not be a problem. Here's another thought. I found that this type of set up was not comfortable. And difficult to conceal if you are shootin' for daily use. When it gets colder I will try it again to see if it's useful because right now it's not.

That includes the white sash, which barely gets my 1/2" of velcro overlap, to the faux leather belt which is similarly barely able to work. I cannot use the extra white shoulder banners (not sure what to call them) as the extra fabric makes it so the belt cannot close. If I knew ahead what I know now, I would have ordered the XL.
