Answer:	I think it is the back. Overall the seat is rather flat, no real difference (other than the older version). Unfortunately, I have to say that the quality of the material is not whatI was used from TOTO (already see some bending).

Answer:	Yes, you can easily sit on the lid of the toilet when it is down. There is very little flexing with this lid. It is the soft close lid that came with the Toto toilet.

Answer:	The cotton white is a brighter white than colonial white which is more off white. There is no country white color that Toto makes.

Answer:	I registered mine, & was "accepted", however I do not see where or with whom. If I have a problem down the road, I'm not sure who is backing up this product. Wassa does not seem to be an actual company.

In reality your concern should be the amount of personal information being requested. I'm not stating nor claiming this is an issue with Wassa... but... when filling our your next product registration, consider some of the questions asked: Where did you learn about our product, where did you buy it, your gender, your age, your street address, phone number, email address, number of people in your household, your annual income, your interests, hobbies etc etc.. Some companies carefully frame their wording to imply the questionnaire as though it will validate your warranty, however, with any reputable company your dated sales receipt will suffice when making a warranty claim. But for the hundreds of thousands of items today being manufactured in China... trying to find the actual manufacturer, let alone one that will respond to your warranty claim could be a daunting task. In regards to registering a product, the biggest benefit is if the manufacturer needs to notify you in the event of a recall. Question:	When exactly can this be shipped to California? It's been over two months since the last inquiry
Answer:	No issues with this shower head so far. There is no on/off switch, the only switch changes the output mode on the shower head. To date, I have not had any issues with this product.
Question:	How do we obtain a missing part
Answer:	So for a tub spout (my tub is in an alcove so you could not stand up) connector in this case is useless and I must purchase a wall mounted holder. So in my case the answer is "yes" I need a separate wall mount and "no" that is not included.
Question:	Does the shower extension rotate right to left for a corner install
Answer:	Hi there's three (3) settings. 1. Straight water out of all shower head holes (sorry not sure what to call them). 2. Straight water of all shower head holes but the inner holes shoot out as massager. 3. Straight massager. Water only come out the two inner ring hole. (Look at picture # 5 of the product it shows the 3 settings.) I personally only use 1and 2. It can dangerous down there for guys on station #3. High pressure and definitely a powerful shower head. Recommend it just be ready.
Question:	Is there a flow regulator on the splitter that connects to the house pipe as well as on both shower heads? can they be easily removed
Answer:	I am not sure if it is a 2gpm however from personal experience, I moved into an apt which the water pressure was so poor That the stream would not even reach in distance to half the bathtub and barely water came out with enough pressure to properly rinse off. With this shower head it was resolved, awsome pressure!

Question:	I cannot get my shower head to fit in the holder. it is too large for the holder. the holder is too small. do i have the wrong holder
Answer:	I haven't checked the water bill but it works like any restrictor valve, the difference is it does shoot out less water but at higher pressure. You can tell once you get the unit. I like the feel of the higher pressure stream, you can tell the difference with the rain stream. However this head does need to be taken apart and clean the flat metal piece periodically otherwise the flow starts to get blocked in some areas of the head. I also noticed sometimes that can be corrected not due to obstructions but simply taking apart and reassembly of the head itself would correct the issue. I'm not sure what causes it mechanically.
Question:	I can’t find anything in the installation instructions as to what to do with the Teflon tape. Where does it go
Answer:	Just like any hand-held shower head, there is the Female connector that fits over the male connector on your hose.
Question:	how long is the handle and is it lightweight
Answer:	No, I have not found it to be a mild laxative.

Answer:	YES, I have noticed that my hair, as well as my skin, is softer. Question:	If I set my worries down in front of this fan will it blow them all away
Answer:	Yes - If the 16ft standard line sets aren't long enough for where you plan to install your inside units, Senville will replace them with whatever length you need for an additional cost. 16ft was enough for one of my inside units, but I needed 35ft for the second one & 50ft for the third one. They only send 14/4 communication wire with the 16ft line sets so I bought 100ft from a big box home improvement store that sells DIY mini-splits. Worked perfectly. Just make sure the total length of your lines sets doesn't exceed the maximum length for the unit & that the vertical "drop" from the highest inside unit to the location on the ground where the outside unit will be sitting doesn't exceed the maximum either. In the U.S., outside units are charged with enough R410A Freon for a 25ft line set for each inside unit. The total length of my 3 line sets was 101ft (16+35+50) & my outside unit was charged for 75ft (25x3), so I needed to add R410A for an additional 26ft (101-75) - which was approximately 1/2lb. The amount of additional R410A you need to add for each additional foot can be found in the installation manual for the outside unit you buy. You can buy small cans of R410A made for "topping off" new systems when situations like this arise on eBay.

Answer:	Pressure comes from your pipe / plumbing system. The shower head is just the apparatus that filters and sprays the water. For 20+ years, I blamed the poor water pressure on the old building when in fact it was one poor shower head purchase after another. I standby this shower head. Definitely an item I'd recommend to everyone and anyone interested based on performance.
